Join us on Friday, August 20^th for the release of Flaminguito as we’re proud to introduce our collaboration with Miami artist Iván Roque for the 2nd installment to our Artist Series

Iván will be signing Flaminguito prints from 4PM to 7PM during the release and mingling with art and craft beer enthusiasts alike.

Flaminguito is a 7% ABV Milkshake IPA brewed with Pacific Jade and Idaho 7 hops with guava, mango, mamey, and lactose. 

We’re going to offer complimentary guava pastelitos and croquetas the day of the release.

We’re celebrating our 8th year anniversary with a morning bicycle ride, delicious food, a limited edition commemorative glass, and delicious beers!

For the occasion, we’re brining back Lock On, our Citrusy Hoppy and Refreshing Seasonal with various treatments of it. See full list of treatments bellow.

Local favorites, Cluckin’ Right Chicken and Madrecita’s Bistro, will be serving delicious food over the day.

We are launching a very special and unique limited beer this Friday, April 16, in our taproom that’s kicking off a new series – our Artist Series of Hazy IPAs, where we collaborate with an artist for not just the labels, but the beer recipe itself. Our first one is DELUSIONAL ALE, which we brewed in collaboration with Ron English.

We brewed this Hazy IPA backwards, where we would only add hops at the end of the process. We used Lemondrop and Cirtra hops then added lemons because Ron eats a lemon a day!
The beer will be available on draft and in 16oz 4-packs of cans. 

After months of research, experimenting, and tastings, we’re excited to finally release our newest beer to date. La Nueva’s literal translation would be “The New”, but our intention is to capture more of “The New One” or “The New Wave” because this beer, well, it’s actually new.

In music, films and the visual arts, New Waves tend to become timeless and classics. With this in mind, and feeling passionate about our craft, we brewed La Nueva with true lager lovers in mind. Clocking at 4.5% ABV, this premium amber lager showcases a deep golden hue and a touch of rich malt. With just the right balance of noble German hops, this beer has a delightfully smooth finish.

Family gatherings are a thing we just love doing. At the pool, playing dominoes, watching the game, or just hanging for the sake of hanging. And when we say family, we’re also including those friends that life has given us to consider hermanos y hermanas. 

With this sentiment in mind, we thought that an Imperial Stout would be a good reason to share, sip, taste, and enjoy. Imperial Stouts are known for their richness, toasty flavor, and complexities. And as beer geeks, we wanted to brew something to bring to your beer club and say “What would Papazian think?”.

Toda, La Familia, Unida is a unity made out of three different takes on an Imperial Stout. You get the sweet, the spicy, and the oaky. 

Toda is an Imperial Stout with Banana, Chocolate, and Peanut Butter. 

La Familia is a Diablo Cookie Imperial Stout with Cayenne Pepper, Chocolate, Ginger, and Cinnamon. 

Unida is an Oak Aged Imperial stout with Coffee and Hazelnut.

Art sits at the core of our brand and neighborhood. Although the crown jewel of Miami Art Week, Art Basel, was cancelled for safety reasons, we’re still bringing the La Rubia Special Art edition to your table. 

This year we teamed up with longtime friend and iconic artist Trek6. Instrumental to the early stages of the graffiti scene in Wynwood, Trek6 has a trajectory we’ve admired for years. This will be the 2nd time the Boricua artist works with us on a project like this. From the boombox facing i95 to the Coqui-to label, Trek6 understands our neighborhood and story in a very vivid way.
