PENIT

West Coast Imperial IPA

This Imperial IPA was named after the original “Penit” building, which was a graffiti warehouse located in the Fontainebleau area in South Doral, essential to the graffiti culture in Miami during the 80s. It’s Wynwood, we had to pay tribute to the genesis of the graffiti culture.

Pairing: bone-in pork chops, miso salmon, rich cheeses, and carrot cake.
